RFX's F7 Pro Series Tapered Handlebars have been engineered and tested to the highest level.

The tapered F7 bars are made from 7075-T6 aluminum and feature an Oversized Tapered Extension (OTE) for maximum strength and crash resistance, while Engineered Flex Technology (EFT) and Progressive Damping Control ( PDC) provide just the right amount of flex and reduce machine vibration to help combat rider fatigue.

OTE is an oversized (28.6mm) center section lengthening. Increasing the oversized section until after the final bend in the bar adds significant strength to the weakest part of the bar, and if this is combined with a 4mm wall thickness that remains consistent even on the outside of cornering, the F7 tapered bars are among the lightest yet strongest bars on the market.

EFT has been designed to allow a small amount of flex in the handlebars. Careful selection of a 4mm inner wall thickness through the riser and taper area of the bars helps to reduce the jarring effects on hard hits while giving the rider maximum front-end feel on heavy hits. curves.

PDC is created using a wall thickness greater than 5mm in the handlebar grip area. This has been calculated to balance and dampen the effects of handlebar vibration. This is a similar principle to the handlebar end weights used on sportbikes, but is specifically designed and tested to accommodate the range of vibration produced by modern high performance 4-stroke motocross bikes.
